Yes. We require all residents to show proof of renters’ insurance either before or at move-in. The resident’s renters’ insurance should be enough to cover their personal belongings.

Yes, we offer furnished IU apartments! The units come with a Standard queen-sized bed with mattress, a desk, and dresser in the bedroom. The living room comes with a comfortable leather couch, chair, coffee table, and bar stools. Your kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washer & dryer, among other features.
Security and the safety of our students is a top priority for our communities, which is why we provide professional and experienced management with 24/7 responsiveness at 10 North and The Crest. Each building we own comes with card-controlled access, cameras, and surveillance and is located in high-traffic areas. This combination of resources enables us to provide safe and affordable residences for your child.
All of our apartments near IU are cable and internet ready, with free high-speed internet included in your rent.
Yes! If you need maintenance, simply submit a maintenance request through the resident portal and fill out a maintenance request or stop by our leasing office. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, please notify your leasing manager immediately.
At 10 North and The Crest, your rent includes safe and secure building access, utilities (water, sewer, trash), internet, in-unit washer & dryer, resort-style amenities, and access to our best-in-class management and maintenance team just in case you need something. Parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Rent is due before or on the first of every month. Late payments could result in fees; contact our office for more information.
If you’ve chosen one of our furnished apartments, we suggest you bring the following: bedding for a Standard queen-sized bed, toiletries, dishes/cookware, decorations to make your new apartment feel like home, and a cool outfit. It’s time to get out and meet some other cool people.
